Note to self: The edge of the layout view in ArcMap is not visable so make sure you place items such as a title on the map. Also remember that "saving" a map isn't always file save as. To save as a .jpeg you need to export the map or you will have a .mxd file with all the problems listed in the Key Concept - Mxd/Open vs Data/Add box in the lab instructions. Don't panic when you've made a mistake or you will revert back to habits (file save as) that will only lead to more mistakes.
